Natural Crystals:
Natural crystals are formed naturally, and each crystal is unique, which may result in slight variations in appearance. While we make every effort to ensure the quality and appearance of our products, we cannot guarantee that every crystal will be identical.
Random Shipping:
Due to the uniqueness of each crystal, we cannot guarantee that the product you receive will be identical to the one in the photo. We will randomly select crystals and ship them to ensure that each customer receives a unique product.
In-stock Items:
We will ship in-stock items within 3 business days to ensure that customers receive their products as soon as possible.
Customized/Size-Adjusted Items:
We need some time to process and make customized or size-adjusted items. Therefore, these items may take 3 to 5 business days to be shipped.
Demagnetization and Exquisite Packaging:
We will demagnetize the crystals before shipping to ensure that their natural energy is preserved. We also use exquisite packaging to give customers a gift-like experience.
No Refunds:
Once customers have made a payment, we do not offer refunds unless there is an error in the product style or damage caused by the shipping company (proof of damage must be provided in the form of an unpacking video).
Unable to Deliver Packages:
If a package cannot be delivered, it may be returned. Customers are required to pay additional shipping fees for us to arrange re-delivery.
All returned/exchanged items must maintain the integrity of the main product, internal and external packaging, accessories, and gifts, without any missing or damaged parts.
By placing an order, customers are deemed to have agreed to the above policies.

客户付款后,除非产品款式有误或由于运输公司造成的损坏(必须提供开箱视频作为损坏证明),我们不提供退款服务。
包裹无法送达:
如果包裹无法送达,可能会被退回。客户需要支付额外的运费以便我们安排重新发货。
所有退货/换货商品必须保持主产品、内外包装、配件及赠品的完整,无任何缺失或损坏。
客户下单即视为同意以上政策。
